With that in mind, the client pictures themselves strolling out of their peaceful garden into the world beyond. Their pace starts slowly and builds. As they move faster, the client is encouraged to get a sense of the fulfilling feelings that come from accomplishing arduous tasks in their life. Soon, they are sprinting through a forest, just as their distant ancestors did, leaping over fallen trees and rushing up a hill. An embedded command anchors the idea that they were "born for this" as the client begins to feel fully present in this exhilarating moment.

An embedded command directs the client to merge into that reality and inhabit the sense of self-mastery that emerges from the experience. The client is guided to notice the other feelings that come to them, such as the excitement of a broadened world, being fully present, of relishing the thrill of the ride, and overcoming their fear.

The client is reminded that they are capable of much more than they thought, and can enjoy discovering what else their strength can help them achieve. The script continues.
