The client is guided through a process to remember the sensation they felt in their younger years, just before they began to dream.
The client is reminded about animals, who spend the winter in states of hibernation, curled up amid the din of a busy forest. In these states, animals are able to rest despite noisy weather patterns, like thunderstorms. Even if an animal in hibernation is awoken, they find it easy to fall back into a deep slumber so that they are fully rested when spring comes. An embedded command anchors this concept in the client's unconscious mind.
