The client is directed to drift outside of themselves and see what they look like during that state. As they observe themselves, an embedded command directs them to move further away from those feelings, anchoring that concept within their unconscious mind.

As the trancework begins, a story about a land that began to grow polluted. At first, the signs were subtle, and the people ignored them. But soon, crops failed and fish died in the river. Some people believed the land could never be returned to its former glory, while others believed they could clean up the mess. Until a wise traveler appeared and promised to reveal "what was really happening."
