Hello
If you haven't entered the 'Suggest a download' competition to win an iPod yet, why not give it a try and get a chance to be as happy as this guy?
And here are 5 shiny new downloads to brighten your November:
1) Get your drive back - feel alive again 2) Meet your human needs - get what you need to feel happy 3) Fear of cats - relax with our feline friends 4) Self injection - feel fine about it 5) Be less abrasive - soften your edges to treat others better
Plus: 6) Develop verbal self defence - upgraded, new and improved
Hi
I love the fact that somebody suggested we create a Be less abrasive download for this month. It lifts my heart when people show they have the humanity to want to change something about themselves to help make life better for others as well as themselves. Being overly sharp with people can have a less than desirable outcome - making others feel resentful or wary of you while actually rendering you less able to communicate effectively or motivate others.
This new session will help impulse control, so that the tendency to snap, criticise or offend is replaced with decent civilized communication. After all, the mark of a civilized society is no more nor less than how well its members treat one another.
Fear of cats is surprisingly common, which is why I can't believe we've waited so long to get this session onto the site. Fear is fear, no matter where it's focussed - so this session works to get former feline-phobics comfortable around cats.
Our revamp of the month is Develop verbal self defence. We've made it even better than it was before (could be useful for those in the firing line of all those abrasive people?). Every session we produce is carefully thought out. We always look at the current psychological research and align the latest understandings with hypnotic techniques to maximise the effectiveness of what you listen to. I'll briefly describe some of the thinking that drives three of this months' other downloads in the Downloads Unwrapped section below.
All the best,
Mark

Mark's Tip for the Top
I write an awful lot and continually need to feel creative and inspired, so for me Get your drive back is something that from time to time is essential because of what I do. I also love some of the subtle ideas woven into this hypnosis download.

Testimonials for the Don't Get Distracted Hypnosis Download |
"Between the 100 emails, phone calls and staff interruptions I was starting and stopping every task I worked on several times..." by Dennis McCartney
I'm here on the website looking for another download and decided to let you know I am a happy customer.
I was hesitant to try hypnosis. There seems to be a negative connotation with hypnosis in general, but the concept of self-hypnosis really had me skeptical. But my desire to overcome a few things made it worth the risk to try the free self hypnosis training and purchase one download.
I really needed to improve my focus and minimize the impact of countless interruptions at work. Between the 100 emails, phone calls and staff interruptions I was starting and stopping every task I worked on several times.
So I tried the 'Don't Get Distracted' download. I have been able to stay more focused at work and get more done. I have set some ground rules for myself and others regarding interruptions that allow me to stay on task for longer periods.
But even more surprising, I realized that I was more relaxed and even-keeled on the days I listened to the download. Not only was I benefitting from more focus and getting more done, I was not as stressed (and trust me, there is still lots to do, so the stress reduction was not because I'm not working as much). For a 20 minute investment I get relaxation and extra focus - and that investment is recouped long before lunchtime.
So I think it's time to kick the nicotine addiction. Unlocking my unconscious may just be the key to quitting for good this time.
This story came from Dennis McCartney who holds a CPA from New Orleans, LA, USA
