I ordered Night Worry + Go back to sleep only 17 days ago and I can hardly believe how effective it has been in that short time.
I've suffered with insomnia off and on for the past 24 years, the last 4-5 years I developed some sort of anxiety about going to bed at night. During the day I was constantly worried that I wouldn't fall asleep that night, and paradoxically that's exactly what would happen every night. I was just tired all the time.
