I haven't received my order!

We're sorry to hear you haven't been able to get your order.

As soon as your payment was processed, we'll have sent you an order confirmation email from support (@) with the subject line "[Your name], Your Hypnosis Downloads Order".  Please check your junk/spam/promotions folder in case it was filtered there.

In that email you'll see a paragraph with the words "... you can download your purchases here:" with a link underneath it.  That link will take you to our Download Center so you can get your order.

Alternatively, if you set up a free account to access your purchases, you should have been emailed your account details. If you can't find those in your junk, spam or promotions folder please see our FAQ on how to retrieve your details.

If you already have an account and you're not seeing your most recent purchase, it may be that you bought the missing item using a different email address by mistake, so it won't show up in your account or the app. In that case, please get in touch with us and include the email addresses you've used for your purchases in your message. We'll be able to assist you further and merge your accounts if needed.
