Delivery, Refunds and our Guarantee

Downloadable Products (mp3 sessions or pdf scripts)

When you buy any of our audio sessions or scripts, delivery is immediate. As soon as you have completed the payment process you will receive an email from support (@) hypnosisdownloads.com with the subject line "[Your Name], Your Hypnosis Downloads Order". This email contains a link to your order which you can access right away. If this email hasn't reached your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders. It might be a good idea to whitelist our emails to make sure they reach your inbox every time.

Shipped Products (CDs or Training Courses)

We recently made the decision to cease all sales of physical products, including physical course packs and CDs, in order to reduce our environmental impact.  However, please note that all our products are available to download and/or work through online.

Refunds and our Guarantee

GuaranteeWe realise that not every product works equally well for everybody, so if you find that your purchase does not achieve what you wanted, contact us to let us know within 90 days from the date of purchase and we will refund you in full. This guarantee is restricted to one order per customer, although this may be waived at management discretion for customers with an established order history of non-refunded purchases over a period of 6 months or longer.

Our support team will normally deal with your refund request within 24 hours. If you haven't received a response from us after 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes legitimate emails get put there by mistake. If there's nothing in your spam or junk folder, please contact us again making sure your contact email address is entered correctly.

Please note that if you paid by card, although refunds normally go through instantly, they can occasionally take up to 10 days to show on your card statement.
