I haven't received my log in or password details!

Firstly, please check your junk, spam folder or promotions folder (in gmail) because we often find these emails are filtered there.  If you don't find it there:

  1. Go to this page and enter your email address (please make sure you enter the same email address you used when placing your order).
  2. Tick the 'I'm not a robot' box.
  3. Check your email for your password reset email (if it's not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam/promotions folder).
  4. Click or tap the link in the password reset email and enter a new password.
