I listened to the first three parts of this program last night. I have never had panic attacks before and I'm not sure where they're coming from (COVID-19? Isolation? Suddenly becoming a parent/business owner/homeschool teacher?). It was a very scary experience for me because I really did think that something was wrong with my heart. I spent the two nights before last wide awake until very late, feeling my heart rate rise and swallowing panic and wondering if I was going to die.

I have been using hypnosis downloads from your organization for a year or two, and I've noticed tremendous results. I am so grateful to have found the downloads and I find that the information I receive before the hypnosis or relaxation even begins does a lot to help me contextualize & reframe the feelings that sometimes overwhelm me. This was certainly the case with the panic attacks when you explained this exact fear of dying of a heart attack and how NORMAL it is for others to fear this and also how it isn't a logical fear.
