I've downloaded a number of tracks and all have been helpful, but the Positive Pregnancy and Childbirth Rehearsal ones were game-changing. I lost count of the number of times I listened to each, but it would have been at least 2-3 per week, especially the rehearsal one. My labour last time was 18+ hours and I felt little control; this time, it was less than 4 and I remember thinking specifically at one point when I was debating if I was in labour (I was, just in denial) whether I should go to hospital, a little voice inside me said, "What if you just trusted your instincts?" After that, I switched gears, called my sister to drive me, and had a baby less than 90 minutes later. I'm happy and I know it's in huge part to the prep I did with your downloads.

I also want to shout out the fertility/IVF ones. I used these extensively before getting pregnant. Last time, it took 4 attempts of IVF; this time, just the one and I walked into the embryo transfer KNOWING I would get pregnant.

I can't thank you all enough for the difference I know your downloads made to my whole parenting journey.
