Where is the best place to listen to my hypnosis download?
As long as you have somewhere comfortable (like your bed or a nice comfy chair) where you can relax and won't be interrupted whilst listening to the session, then that's perfect.
However, some people have told us that they enjoy listening to our hypnosis downloads while they're working on a computer because it keeps them relaxed. So experiment, but of course avoid situations where it is important that you maintain concentration, such as driving or operating machinery.
