Many issues with the app can be resolved by following one of these steps:
- Logging out of the app and logging back in.
- Closing the app and reopening it.
- Restarting your iPhone/iPad/iPod.
- All of the above: logging out, closing the app, restarting your device, reopening the app, and logging back in.
