How do I change my card payment details?

If you joined the Growth Zone before 1st May 2023, your monthly payment agreement will be through WorldPay. After that date, your payment agreement will be with Stripe.  See below for how to update your card details for either WorldPay or Stripe.

WorldPay (before 1st May 2023)

When you joined the Growth Zone you should have received an email from WorldPay.com with 'Futurepay' in the subject line. That email contains details of how to amend your payment details. In case you've lost this email, please visit the WorldPay Shopper Login Page and use the 'lost password' link.  If you need a note of your FuturePay ID (you need that for logging in), please contact us.

Stripe (after 1st May 2023)

Click or tap here to visit the customer portal.  Enter the email address you used when you signed up and you'll be emailed a log in link (check your junk/spam folder in case it gets filtered there).  Click on that log in link and you can then change your card payment method and download invoices/receipts for all your payments.
