What do your hypnosis downloads contain?

Each of our hypnosis downloads starts with a short introduction, followed by 15-30 minutes of hypnotic session.

You'll notice in the hypnotic session that we use pauses (sometimes up to 15 seconds). This is to give your mind time to process the information of a 'big idea' or make a psychological adjustment before moving on. There are often slightly confusional sections to help communicate to the conscious mind that it can take a back seat. (To learn more about hypnosis, see our free course).

We don't use any music or background sounds in our sessions because although relaxation is an important part of hypnosis, focus is more important and music and other sounds can distract the attention from the content of the spoken message.

And of course, one person's Beethoven is another's intolerable racket!
