What’s the best sessions for me?

I have a problem where I analyze every tingle, noise in the room, cannot think a thought about thinking about DMT or psychedelics or I will resurface the feelings I had on the trip (even typing this I'm worried my third eye is opening and I have to keep TIGHT control with how I think or else these things will happen). I walk in circles all day to avoid these thoughts, sometimes having to say words out loud out of nowhere and shake my head back and forth. I can't stand still, if I stand still I feel like my body will be locked up and my chakras will be active and if I suddenly move during this, I feel like I'll damage my energy and chakras. It scares me to think if you're in deep trance and someone rips you up, I've had it happen. I sometimes say "do this thing or you will die" then I say deal thank you to myself. I feel like I will activate my third eye and crown chakra if I do certain things, which is why I avoid a lot of things. I just can't relax, I always have to do rituals.
