help with phobia of taking medication

I am working with a client who has an extreme fear of taking medication. She lives alone and has a long history of anxiety and PTSD. She needs medication for her anxiety but is too afraid to take it. Any suggestions will be most welcome. Thank you! Rebecca Johnston
