Which program should I listen to first?

I am struggling to choose the best session to listen to.

I am not assertive and have trouble declining a request for help/work. I also feel that I do not have the right to defend myself against unreasonable requests or personal attacks on my person be it physical or verbal. I cannot stand up for myself.

Therefore, I bought the following sessions:

  1. Assertiveness training
  2. Confrontation Conflicts
  3. Express your opinion
  4. Saying no
  5. Stand up for yourself

Which one would you suggest I tackle first, second, etc. and most importantly why?

Thank you for your question. This isn't the answer you'll have been looking for, but:

That's entirely up to you! :) You know better than we do what your needs are, what you want (or need) to focus on first, and what your goals are.

There's also no real need to choose any of those to focus on first. As explained in our FAQs here, you can listen to those five sessions on a daily rotation, if you'd like. Or you can choose one or two to listen to daily for the first week, then switch to one or two others for the next week.
