Let go of control

Hello,
I want to know how to let go of control in general. I try to keep in control almost everything in my life and I would like to let it go. Due to this I sometimes have issues falling asleep.
I also need help to get comfortable with being unemployed. It is not a financial problem but more a life satisfaction issue.
