Control Room imagery and metaphor

Hi,
I'm looking for a script or scripts that employ the imagery and metaphor of a control room for dialing back or ramping up feelings and behaviors. It can contain either visual or tactile components or both. The subject of the script isn't crucial. What I'm looking for is effective language which facilitates the conjuring up of a control room where the intensity of reactions and behaviors can be modulated.
