Looking for a session to help with being a wimp

I'm wondering if you could recommend a session to help give me a little more courage with sports/physical activities. When I was younger I loved skiing and snowboarding, but now the second I start picking up any speed, the anxiety is so bad it just isn't enjoyable anymore. I have kids who ski so I have to do it, so I'd love to convince myself I like it again haha. I'm not bad at it, I don't fall often, I'm just petrified of moving fast or losing control. Any tips on courses would be appreciated.
