Anxiety speaking a foreign language

A client wants help with her anxiety about speaking a foreign language, she feels stupid and afraid to try, especially when her friends hear her. She never enjoyed learning a second language (in this case English), but since she likes to travel she really needs to overcome her anxiety and wants to better enjoy both learning and speaking English. I suppose it's mostly anxiety and feeling stupid that is the problem. I think a sesson must make her overcome this nervousness, find self-confidence and motivation, and feeling mastery (like e.g. bridging to a hobby I know she really has succeeded in).

Hi Helene,
Thank you for your question.
Below you'll find a link to a session that should help. You can find the script version by clicking on the 'Text version' link on the right side of the audio's page.
