Control of pain

I have been having cosmetic tattoos. Even with numbing cream, some have been very painful - especially the scalp ones.
This is obviously not some chronic pain thing. I looked at your general pain session and that looks promising. What I would like is some way to turn down the sensitivity when necessary like a medical or cosmetic procedure.
