I've had PTSD for 17 years. I've healed almost all the way, yet my nervous system is still stuck in fight-or-flight. I don't have anxiety in the "worrying" sense, but I FEEL the anxiety in my body. I have a super high startle reflex, jump or gasp at every loud noise, irritability (because of my high-anxiety body state). I also have a subconscious pattern that when my feet hit the floor EVERY single morning, I get a surge of a fight-or-flight response. It feels like my cortisol suddenly goes through the roof. I actually tried doing the rewind technique on myself, and it actually worked for 2 days, but now it's back to happening every morning. I would love to feel some PEACE in my body!!!!

Any ideas?
