Which is best to control fight or flight response "overcome fear and anxiety" or "keep a cool head"

Asked by Dane Anthony at 03:49 on March 8th, 2020
Any new or unfamiliar experience my fight or flight response kicks in and heart rate goes through the roof. I don't generally experience anxiety otherwise.
Meditation has stopped anticipatory anxiety.
I would just like to know between "overcome fear and anxiety" or "keep a cool head" is best to help think during the fight or flight response.

Hi Dane,
Thank you for your question. 'Keep a Cool Head' is really more for staying calm in crises, so I'd recommend 'Overcome Fear and Anxiety'. :) You might also listen to 'Try New Things'. And please see the linked sessions below for other ideas.
Best wishes,
