Limiting beliefs about being thin

I already exercise and eat very healthy but I can't seem to get past the last 15 pounds ever. My weight loss always stops there even if it easily loses up to that point. I believe there may be some self sabotage and unconscious beliefs in the way and I'm looking for a course that addresses that not just the ones on eating healthy, beating sugar, etc.
