Need to overcome anxiety and feeling depressed
I feel apprehensive and anxious most of the time. Also feel depressed and unenthusiastic about anything in life. I tend to overeat, especially unhealthy, fatty foods. Anything new in life scares me. I don't like to meet people even though when I'm in a social situation I get along with mostly everyone. Very few people can guess what I'm feeling. My image is that of a positive, friendly person. Though I am actually friendly and wish everyone well I actually don't look forward to interacting with anyone, even family. I'm definitely not positive.
