Tendency to exaggerate

Anonymous's picture

In many situations, I will exaggerate the outcome and make myself anxious. When this happens I am usually convinced that I am correct and that a person who is with me who does not react this way is totally not seeing the whole picture. An example: I noticed that several spoons in the cutlery drawer in the kitchen were missing. I immediately assumed that if I didn't investigate who among the several people who live in the house was responsible that in time there would be no spoons left.
