Do I want to improve my relationship or leave it?

Unsure if i love my partner and find ways to improve it so we can be more on the same page and communicate better or am I done and time to move on even though the thought of having to deal with him as an ex partner makes me want to stay. We have been together 10yrs and 3 kids. 1 of which is not his and I struggle with the 2 of them butting heads. He has narcissistic traits and I don't know what I feel.
