Looking to move to start my workouts in the early morning before I begin work. Nature of my work makes it sometimes unpredictable if I will be available in the evening to go the gym so doing it before work starts will make getting the workout done for any given day more reliable. Lack of consistency has been my sticking point for achieving certain goals but I feel I need to condition myself to wake up early enough -- around 5 am. Which audio might suit this need?
