I experienced a lot of "invisible trauma" as a child. Starting with birth (pulled out with forceps and received a broken collarbone as a result). Then decades of just being human has done me in. I've noticed that I carry a nervousness and uncertainty that impacts my feelings of security. Lack and scarcity are largely in the forefront. I've done so much work over the past decade - but just haven't been able to impact this feeling as much as I'd like. Any help out there with suggestions for a good download?
