Sessions for dealing with Loss of Mother

Anonymous's picture

My mom is about to die. I’m thinking about how she’s been there for me since I was born. I’m very sad that I won’t be able to see her again for a very very long time. My heart is sinking. I’m losing someone I love. I keep replaying all the times she loved me and I wasn’t even there for her. She loved me more than anything and it breaks my heart. I can’t believe this is happening. I’m numb and can't even cry or show emotion. It's all stuffed down. I don’t even know how to react. These emotions are so overwhelming and unspeakable, I can't even describe it. It feels like I'm going to die with the overload of emotion. What are some good sessions for dealing with before and especially after loss? She was such a big figure in my life, now I will never see her again. It hurts.

Hi there,

Our condolences on the pending loss of your mother. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that everything you're feeling is very natural when it comes to the loss of someone so important.

I hope you'll find one or more of the sessions below to be helpful.

Best wishes,

Rebekah
