Zero Motivation on everything?

Anonymous's picture

Recently I've been under some sort of demotivation spell. Everything from work to at home, chores feels like creative problem solving is needed to finish it. Actually, "demotivation" might not even be the wording I want to use or a word.

Typically I'm an overachiever in everything I do since I like the best. However, lately, it's been a real struggle. There are days I procrastinate or I feel guilty or apathetic about tasks I need to be doing but don't do. In fact, I haven't even been writing out my tasks for the next day lately.

I know I’m not depressed or burned out because I went through them before and it's not fun. Yet I feel like every task is nothing but a heavy and taxing burden.

I need a solution that forces me to stay accountable on completing tasks since others depend on me and flexible to see that whatever I wrote above might not be the problem, but it keeps me going. Also something that helps me start writing out my tasks again whether it's for work or for my personal life.
