Fear of authority

Hi,
I have a deep need for approval as well as having a fear of authority in a work situation which obviously gets in the way. I have difficulty in saying no so end up taking on too much work which leads to feelings of stress and then going off sick. I want to be able to say no without feeling guilty and stop caring so much about what people think. This only applies on a work situation.
