Need help for people pleaser

My client was raised in the Jehovah's Witnesses. He has been out for 25 years. He still feels ashamed and upset whenever he feels he has burdened another person as he was taught that would bring trouble to the church, and then people would not want to join the church and they would be damned to hell. So he has linked burdening others even in the slightest way with their death and demise. He was taught that it was better to "be wronged" by another than to point out has someone has wronge him. Which audio should he listen to?
