I would like to become a "morning person."

I tend to like going to bed very late and waking up very late. Unfortunately, I believe I am biologically set up to be a nighthawk as I have done this most of my life. Can hypnosis change this proclivity? If so, are there any hypnosis downloads you can recommend? My goal is to wake up every day at 7 a.m.

Thank you for your question. Below you'll find links to a couple of downloads that should help. You can also take some practical steps, like moving your bedtime back an hour for a few nights, then back another hour for a few nights. Some people can easily jump into a new pattern, some others need more time to build up to it. :)
