Freezing up

I am looking for hypnosis that would help with the fight flight freeze response. I feel the resistance/fear to get to my hobbies and projects mainly in my stomach. I just freeze up and this feeling is mostly before I start and in the first 10 minutes of an activity. I just can't get over this hurdle.
