Looking to stop being distracted a work and be more willing to talk to people.

1) I am self-employed and work from home and lately (several months) I have a hard time doing my job. I get distracted by everything (Facebook, news, sports, etc).

2) Second, I worry about talking to people either on the phone or in person. For one, I'm not good at all with small talk. I'm very much a planner, so thinking off the cuff is not easy for me.

I worry about possibly looking foolish in certain instances. And so I try to avoid instances where all eyes are on me. I'd like to get better opening up and commanding the room.

3) I have gone through a hypnotherapy session in the past (about 20 years ago for public speaking). I wasn't able to be put under. The therapist said it was being my mind is very active. He gave me CDs that didn't work either. Will your downloads do what he couldn't?
