Mindfulness vs. Stop and Smell the Roses

Hi there,

I would like to work with staying more present in the moment to experience deeper relationships and be more positively attuned in the moment. I'm wanting to know the differences between the 'Mindfulness Meditation' download and the 'Stop and Smell the Roses' download.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Thank you for your question. We do have several programs that cover similar issues from different angles and/or seem to overlap.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with either of those programs to explain well what the differences are between them, but for your goals, I'd recommend 'Stop and Smell the Roses'. If you try it and decide it's not the ideal match for you, just email support@unk.com within 90 days and request an exchange to 'Mindfulness Meditation' (or any other program) and I'll be happy to process that for you.
