Grief

Hello,
My sister passed away a month ago and I have just experienced a miscarriage, since I became pregnant following her death. I feel really down and need to get back to work as I am an entrepreneur. What would you advise as I hesitate between a few downloads but I'd like to focus on only one to start with?

My condolences on your losses. :( Since you're dealing with more than one loss and each has its unique challenges, I would recommend you start with the more general 'Dealing with Grief' (tagged below). After a time, if you feel you need more help with one or the other, you can focus on help more specific to that.
