Managing adult ADHD
Hi,
Since my younger days (I am 25 now) I have had lots of problems in life, but now it makes sence when I read about ADHD. I believe I have adult ADHD based on my self diagnosis, since I display a lot of the syptoms such as being disorganized and forgetful, difficulty in concentrating on a task, missing out on details at work which lead to some mistakes, getting stressed easily, restleness and many more syptoms. As I have grown older, I have become emotionally stable. Recently, I have been able to manage my stress well, which used to cause a lot of problem to me, by listeneing to the Stress Management Pack. I am currently listening to Personal Time Management and Meet Deadlines on alternative days, which has helped me manage time effectively and finish work on time. I plan to listen to 'Manage ADHD' soon. Do you have any suggestions?
Hi Nikunj,
Thank you for your question.
Sounds like you're on the right track there. :) I'd also recommend getting evaluated by a professional if you can, as there may be something else other than ADHD going on. Self-diagnosing can be very unreliable.
Best wishes,
