Help my daughter's performance on the basketball court

Anonymous's picture

My daughter's been playing basketball for years and got into high school, tried out for the girls' basketball team, and made it. Being shy, she discovers her new teammates are very outgoing, loud, and aggressive. And most had years of private training - therefore, confident. So she's intimidated and self-doubt sets in, causing complete loss of confidence and her body is riddled with stress and anxiety.

The other girls think she's a lousy player, so refuse to pass the ball to her in games. Coach rarely allows her playing time. Truth is, she CAN play as well as the others, perhaps even better! And she KNOWS this!

So we need a download that can rid her of the anxiety monster, return her confidence, and regain her faith in herself. Also, she needs improvement on focus, skill, and agility. On a tight budget, so can only afford to buy one download at this time. Which ONE download would you suggest that gives her the MOST bang for her money, looking at her issues? She's kind, good, and determined to beat this phobia. Thank you and God bless.

Hi there,

Thank you for your question.

I've tagged several downloads below for you to consider going forward. To start, I'd suggest either 'Believe in Yourself' or 'Get in the Zone'. The latter will help her get in the mindset while playing where any concerns about her teammates' behavior or her own ability will be set aside so her mind and body can focus just on doing what she already knows how to do well - play basketball.

I hope this helps!

Best wishes,
