'Fear of Rejection' is for helping people who are hesitant to try applying for a job, approaching a possible date, or whatever out of fear they'll be rejected. The fear may be inspired by past rejection or have no basis other than an overactive imagination. Meanwhile, 'Dealing with Rejection' is to help people who have been rejected (or feel they have been) cope with and overcome the turmoil that can cause.
