"Leaky gut" Gastric Paresis, Stomach pain/cramps

I have stomach problems due to diverticulitis and gastic paresis due to diabetes. Causes pain and cramps along with diarrhea and constipation. I've read some articles about perhaps trying hypnosis to ease the pain, but wonder about the slow digestion and constipation/diarrhea. Your tapes have helped me so much I hope there is something for my stomach problems. Going to see a naturalist, too, because I have to be careful what foods I eat.
