Need to do a test (University - law) and it's hard to be 100% focused and concentrated

I don't succeed to start the test and give 100% from myself after a few questions. I need to write a lot and I don't have the power to continue the test.
I thinks it's an attention problem.
I know ADHD medication can help, but I don't want medication.

Thank you for your question. Firstly, please do not ever take any medication that is not prescribed for you personally by a medical professional or for conditions you don't have. (You didn't mention whether you've been diagnosed with ADHD, but I know some people who don't have ADHD use medication for it off-label for studying, which is ill advised and potentially harmful.)
