What is the difference between "Let Go of the Past" and "Let It Go"?

Having read the descriptions of both of these downloads, they do sound similar. "Let It Go" talks a lot about letting go of the past.
Can you explain what the differences are between these two downloads?

"'Let It Go' tends to focus on a specific memory, whereas 'Let Go of the Past' is more of a generic 'moving on from a past phase of life' program. One's specific, the other's a bit more general. They do complement each other, though."
