If you're still feeling like the memories of that bullying are 'current' (such as still feeling high emotion when you recall them), you may need to seek trauma treatment therapy. We recommend consulting with someone trained in the Rewind Technique. If you get in touch with our Uncommon Care Team with your location, we can see if we've trained anyone in your area.
