Problem with my body
Hey there,
I am a 26-year-old male and I can't be naked with other people. I've never had a girlfriend and I've never had sex, but I want it. My problem is that I have a funnel chest and I feel terrible if I should take off my T-shirt. I don't go with friends to the beach. I can't imagine being naked with a woman because of my body. For a long time, I didn't know what was my problem, I sabotaged myself with women.
I bought the MP3 'Overcome Fear of Sex', thereby I found out that my funnel chest is my problem. Unfortunately, I get a really intense awkward emotion in my chest if I listen to the MP3. This is so intense that I can't relax in the session. And I don't notice an improvement.
Today I bought the MP3 'Body Dysmorphia'. When I listen to this session, I have this awkward emotion too, but it is not so intense and I think I feel better after. I've had this problem for over 12 years and I want to solve this. Is there any other download that could help me?

Firstly, my apologies for the delay in responding. This section of the site was having technical difficulties and it took our IT team some time to find and fix the problem.
I'm not sure what the feeling in your chest is or why you're feeling it when you're listening to these sessions. Perhaps the fears and discomfort you've been living with are 'fighting back' from being changed to more helpful feelings.
