So, from my thoughts, which weight download will be best?

Hi guys.

I'm trying to lose 10kg I gained from the cortison I have had to eat because of arthritis. The good news is that I didn't gain more during my latest cortison-cure and that I'm now almost done with it. I also managed to lose a total net of 6.5kg in a year. I know the last kilograms are most difficult and I've been doing some sort of odd dance the last months: 1-2kg down and then 1-2kg up. It's not really strictly following my net calorie intake, either. I suspect that my body is reluctant to let go of these last emergency rations it stored here and there. I've really had a though last decade. But I think I'm now slowly coming back to myself.

Of the downloads I bought, I like the Overactive Bladder Treatment most; I like that I'm being told a story, not to visualize, I think. So I would prefer a session with that method. And also with someone talking kindly to my subconscious and instructing it what to do.

Hi there,

Thank you for your question. Since your weight gain is due to a medication side effect, you may need to talk to your doctor or wait out the medication schedule and let your body restabilize after it.

But I've tagged some downloads below - 'Keep Weight Off' in particular may be a good one for you.

All of our downloads involve kind talking to your unconscious mind. ;) And many involve storytelling. But I'm not able to specify which contain stories versus other kinds of metaphors and visualizations - our library contains over 1000 downloads now and I'm not that intimately familiar with all of them. :(

I suggest you try some of whatever downloads look to be a good fit for your taste and needs. (You can check out the script page for the download - accessible by the 'Text Version' link on the lower right of any download page - to get an idea of the approaches it uses.) We do offer a 90-day money back guarantee on all our products (limited to one order per most customers), so if you decide the programs aren't a good match for you and you've not asked for a refund before, just get in touch with us on the support team and we can arrange a refund or exchange.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Best wishes,

Rebekah
