For the past month, I've been desperately trying to sleep but can't. Each time I think it's gonna get better, it only gets worst. I've had sporadic insomnia episodies before, but now it only got worse. I tried teas, binaural beats, and nothing seems to work. I spend my entire day worrying if I'm going to be able to sleep at night and at the end of day I'm wide awake - even after having slept only 2-3 hours the night before.

This is starting to become a burden on me and on my relationships. Do you have anything that can help me, please?

Like many insomniacs, it sounds like your worry about not being able to fall asleep has become a self-fulfilling prophecy. You worry about being able to sleep, which prevents you sleeping.
