Eating disorder
Hi, I’m seeing a client - female aged 26ish who began body building a few years ago and took it to the extreme, developing anorexia. She has had psychologist input and has recovered - but still cannot reconcile being happy in her skin. In her words she feels as though she has been given all the paper to write the answers - but no pen.
I know the family ...... and the younger sister is very overweight (happy or not I don’t know) so I’m thinking there is fear - of returning to under eating - and escalating into over eating. Any help gratefully received.
